This children’s summer camp is one of the oldest summer camp in Mongolia which is started 1987. It is for sale and receiving proposal of investment. Currently it is working as children’s summer camp in summer time and ski resort in winter time. But it has potential that expand the operation to children’s health resort or family resort etc. It has 19 hectare land which is free to pay land tax because of the specification of the land. It also including 40 real estate, summer houses which are certified. It has two well, 380V electricity. For summer camp, it has 8 turn during the summer. Each turn is capable of 300-400 children.
